We are so happy you're here! The hard part is over, you have decided to take charge of your health! There will be no surprises on how your care will go here, check out below on the process!
We are by appointment only, you can book online or call to get on the schedule! After booking you will receive a Welcome Email, Application for care, Informed Consent Form, HIPPA Release Form, and Terms of Agreement Form. Fill out all forms 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows the Doctor to look over your paper work and get an idea of what you're experiencing!
Booking Your First Appointment
New Patient Day 1
When you arrive you will be given a tour of the office! Afterwards you will sit down with the Doctor for your in depth consultation to get more information on what you're experiencing! The consultation will be followed up with a non-invasive physical examination. The end of your first visit will consist of booking your next appointment and your first adjustment!
New Patient Day 2
On your Day 2 you will sit down with the Doctor to go over your results from Day 1. You will also will go over financial investment options for your plan of care! The end of day 2 will consist of booking your next visit and your second adjustment!
